Optimal CEO Accepts Entrepreneur of the Year Award

Dallas - September 17, 2002 - Optimal Solutions Integration, Inc. (Optimal) announced today that its CEO, Gurvendra Suri, has been named the 2002 Entrepreneur of the Year by GDIACC. The award recognizes Mr. Suri for building an early-stage technology organization and driving growth despite challenging economic conditions.

"It is indeed a distinct honor to be recognized in this fashion by the Greater Dallas Indian-American Chamber of Commerce," says Suri. "I can not take sole credit for Optimal's success - it has been an outstanding team effort."

The award is the second in recent months for Optimal, which has experienced growing success despite an adverse economic climate that has depressed technology spending.
