What SAP Pros Want Almost as Much as Money

There are signs that the tech sector will fare better in 2011 than it has over the past few years. IDC forecasts 5.7% growth in IT spending in 2011 (compared to 3% growth in 2010). Gartner forecasts global IT spending in 2011 to reach $3.6 trillion, up 5.1% from 2010. Dice reports 40% more job postings in December 2010 than there were in December 2009. And more than 50% of participants in a recent Dice survey claim they will hire more tech employees in the first half of 2011 than they did in all of 2010.
