This session provides an overview for what is required to upgrade to SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10, as well as the differences and new functionality in the version 10 release. Examine the new features in SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10, for both the SAP NetWeaver and Microsoft platforms, and the process to get there from version 7.5. Explore the options available for upgrading to SAP NetWeaver BW 7.3, which is required for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10, including the option of using a VM environment for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation 10 and leaving your existing BW environment at its current level (and migrating later). Gain insight into customer experiences and step through the journey to easier, more robust functionality.

Driver-based planning seems to be a mystery to many people. The reality is that driver-based planning is in some ways easier to accomplish than traditional planning.
